Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the organization's standards and guidelines. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and implementing application features, and performing code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support to the end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Experience with Java programming language and frameworks. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
