Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Design and customize solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Create technical documentation and provide support during implementation and post-production phases. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. - Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X++, C#, and .NET. - Knowledge of integration technologies and tools such as Azure Logic Apps and Common Data Service. - Familiarity with data migration and data integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
