Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide problem-solving solutions for your team and across multiple teams. With your creativity and technical expertise, you will play a crucial role in developing efficient and effective applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop and implement application solutions that align with business needs - Design and configure applications to meet application requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application development - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations - Strong understanding of application design and development principles - Experience in building and configuring applications to meet business requirements - Knowledge of integration technologies and tools - Familiarity with data mapping and transformation - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday HCM or other HR systems - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services - Knowledge of cloud-based application development Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations - This position is based at our Pune office - A Workday Core Integrations education is required
