Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also contribute to key decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide problem-solving solutions. With your expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will play a crucial role in developing and configuring applications to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements - Collaborate with the team to design and implement solutions that align with business needs - Contribute to key decisions and provide insights on application development - Engage with multiple teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture myConcerto Chemicals - Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and its functionalities - Experience in designing and building applications using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems - Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards for application development Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
