Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Responsibilities a Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX b Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement c Able troubleshoot with debugging skills d Perform Impact analysis e Must perform configuration and customization Professional Experience a Must have SFDC Configuration including Flows but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model b Must have Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Technical/Functional Skills c Must have sound implementation knowledge of Sales/Service Consoles d Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc and awareness of governor limits, order of execution, apex exceptions e Good Knowledge of Rest API/Aura/LWC f Good to have - nCino knowledge as well Educational: a 15 year of regular education Personal Attributes a Must have Good Communication skill and Capable of Client facing SFDC role. Additional Information: a The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. b Good to have - service cloud certification.
