Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and developing the applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements. - Design and develop applications according to the specified requirements. - Test and debug the code to ensure its functionality and performance. - Ensure the applications are aligned with the business needs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - Knowledge of Java programming language and web technologies. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM Integration Designer. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
