Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing technical support. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Testing and the ability to work independently and contribute to team discussions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and provide technical support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions. - Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and reliability. - Document and maintain technical specifications and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the deployment and implementation of applications. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Experience in creating and executing test cases and test scripts. - Knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various components. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
