Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications using Syniti ADM for SAP. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business needs. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications are aligned with business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP data migration and integration. - Strong understanding of SAP application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions. - Knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with other systems. - Familiarity with SAP data structures and data migration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Full Time engineering degree is required.
