Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring the system to meet the organization's needs. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application-related issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and configure applications using SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve application-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and configuration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - Strong understanding of HR processes and performance management concepts. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Experience with data migration and system integration testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). - Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. - Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals for global organizations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
