Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application features, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, and test applications using the Mendix platform. - Implement application features and functionality based on user stories and technical specifications. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Mendix development. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Mendix. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mendix (Platform). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
