Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their alignment with business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, developing application solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop application solutions to meet business process needs. - Configure applications to align with business requirements. - Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and troubleshoot any issues. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user feedback. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP HANA data models. - Knowledge of SAP HANA security and authorization concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA models. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
