Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing application architecture, and coding and testing applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud applications based on business needs. - Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet specific application requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define application architecture and design. - Code, test, and debug Salesforce Service Cloud applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features and best practices. - Assist in the deployment and migration of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Train end-users on the functionality and usage of Salesforce Service Cloud applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and components. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud. - Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud integration with other systems. - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and Aura framework. - Experience in Salesforce data modeling and management. - Solid understanding of Salesforce security and access controls. - Strong Knowledge in LWC and strong integration knowledge - SOAP Integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - 5 years of experience
