Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with the needs of the organization and contribute to its success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance warehouse management systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Implement innovative solutions to enhance warehouse management systems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Test Master Data APIs Create / align on test strategy flat file to SFTP -Testing Services Experience in Developing and executing test cases based on Business Req Experience in Regression testing, Defects reporting, Experience in applying testing methodologies, principles and processes to ensure quality delivery. Experience in defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Experience in leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.(For lead roles Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and reliable applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C#. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 3.3+ years of relevant experience in Functional Testing and Tools like TMS, PKMS, nuVizz/Sierra, SAP systems Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data. Carry out testing as per the defined procedures. Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures. Report defects, define severity and priority for each defect. Knowledge on Agile methodology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong active listening, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of IT software development life cycle. Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
