Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Splunk. Your typical day will involve working with Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) and ensuring the application meets the required standards. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Candidate to configure and maintain Splunk and Dynatrace environments to ensure optimal performance and functionality. 2. Candidate to Design and implement data collection strategies to gather logs, metrics, and other relevant data from various sources into Splunk and Dynatrace for analysis. 3. Candidate to set up monitoring dashboards, alerts, and reports within Splunk and Dynatrace to proactively detect issues and anomalies in systems, applications, and infrastructure. 4. Candidate to utilize Splunk and Dynatrace to troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and identify underlying problems affecting system performance. 5. Candidate to Analyze data collected by Splunk and Dynatrace to optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve application responsiveness. 6. Candidate to leverage Splunk to monitor and analyze security events, logs, and alerts for potential threats and vulnerabilities within the environment. 7. Candidate needs to develop automation scripts and integrations to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the capabilities of Splunk and Dynatrace. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Splunk. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
