Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing SharePoint solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Participate in the design and architecture of SharePoint solutions. - Develop and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows. - Ensure the applications meet quality standards and user expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development best practices. - Experience in developing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). - Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and Power Platform. - Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API. - Experience in SharePoint migration and integration with other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
