Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and collaborate with a team of professionals. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and actively participating in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. With your expertise in Python programming, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop high-quality software applications using Python programming language. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications. - Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. Excellent knowledge of SDLC Familiar with programming languages: Python/java 3.3+ years hands-on experience on Python Expert experience in web automation and on related platform 1+ years in Automation Azure DevOps integration 2+ years in using Jira/Zephyr/ADO/Xray or a test mgmt. tool Any backend test automation and performance testing experience is a plus Good experience/familiarity with DB queries Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications to meet business requirements. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
