Summary: As an Application Developer for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, developing and testing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: -Adapt at creating business process models based on requirements -Adapt at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client unique requirements and process to determine applicable fit Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. -Hands on experience in configuration and setting up functionality. -Generate adhoc reports queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting business to enable Analytics reports
