Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and implement software solutions using PTC Windchill platform. - Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. - Strong understanding of software configuration management and version control systems. - Knowledge of requirements management and traceability. - Familiarity with other AL - Good To Have Skills: PTC Codebeamer certification(s). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in PTC Windchill. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A PTC Codebeamer certification(s) is required.
