Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are functional and meet the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. - Design, develop, and test applications based on the requirements. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure their functionality and quality. - Ensure that the applications meet the business process and application requirements. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using programming languages such as Java or C++. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or JUnit. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
