Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand application requirements. - Design and develop user-friendly and intuitive user interfaces for applications. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement application features. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues and bugs. - Document application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing. - Proficient in using design software such as Adobe XD or Sketch. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Pune office. - An Any Degree is required.
