Summary: As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email, mobile, and social media marketing automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop custom code. - Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems, using APIs and web services. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce CRM, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. - Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices. - Experience in developing and maintaining integrations using APIs and web services. - Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
