Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and developing the applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, develop, and test applications based on the specified requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements and propose innovative solutions. - Ensure that the applications are developed according to the best practices and industry standards. - Troubleshoot and debug the code to identify and fix any issues or bugs. - Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of the code. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of the applications. - Document the application design, development, and testing processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Data Migration. - Strong understanding of data migration concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies. - Knowledge of SAP data structures and data models. - Experience with data mapping and transformation techniques. - Familiarity with data quality and data cleansing techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services. - Experience with SAP Data Migration tools and utilities. - Knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with data migration. - Experience with data validation and reconciliation processes. - Build the mappings and transformations rules based on the technical designs for the selected migration tool (SAP Data Services, SNP Crystal Bridge) - Unit Test to ensure correct execution - Fix defects found in mappings and transformations rules during mock executions and validations Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Data Migration - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
