Summary: -Experienced Manager with strong technical expertise in front- end and back-end technologies. Client facing role have extensive experience in AMS project, should coordinate with onshore and offshore teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Manager with expertise in Managing SAP AMS/AO Projects Able to find right cross functional team and staff them via internal supply and through external hiring. Able to Interact with Onshore leads, manage expectations, address escalations promptly, lead a cross-functional team of developers. Ensure successful Application development and AMS/AO services are delivered.Should have experience in SM tool. Experience to Agile and scrum frameworks, provide delivery updates (Onshore and Offshore leads and report delivery and metrics status in Mywizard), Achieve clients SLAs/metrics, conduct daily and weekly status reporting. Experience to various automated testing tools and methodologies and ensure that there is robust software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and development best practices. - Experience in developing and maintaining SAP ABAP applications, including custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. - Experience in SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Pune office.
