Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to address complex problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop high-quality applications that meet the needs of the organization. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Conduct system testing and ensure the quality and performance of the applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. - Document technical specifications and user manuals for reference. - Train end-users on the functionality and usage of the applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of business processes and application requirements. - Experience in designing and configuring applications using SAP SD modules. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and CO. - Hands-on experience in ABAP programming and debugging. - Experience in data migration and data conversion. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. - Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
