Roles & Responsibilities: - Minimum of 9-10 years experience in supporting and developing Genesys Cloud platform. Participate and contribute during migration activities from Genesys Engage to Cloud. Troubleshoot issues within the Genesys cloud environment. - Experience in Genesys Platform, Genesys SDK, GVP IVR platform, Workforce management. - Genesys Cloud CX concepts, Work experience on Architect - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated to the L3 team. - Create and maintain documentation for L2 Support resources. - Problem Management, perform root cause analysis and take preventative actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Adheres to support processes and best practices. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Information: - A 15 years full-time education is required.
