Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and implementing the application architecture, and testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements. - Design and implement the application architecture. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Manage and prioritize application development tasks. - Ensure that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Selenium. - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in writing and executing test scripts. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Automation Strategy. - Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks. - Knowledge of software testing best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
