Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement software solutions, ensuring they align with the project goals and client needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure efficient and effective application development and configuration. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose innovative solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and continuously enhance technical skills. - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. - Additional Responsibility 2: Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile. - Experience in designing and implementing applications using Agile principles. - Knowledge of Agile tools and techniques, such as Scrum and Kanban. - Experience in managing and coordinating Agile development teams. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum, Agile Process Coaching, Agile Program Management. - Solid grasp of project management principles and practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
