Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, developing code, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop efficient and scalable applications using React.js. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and implement application features and enhancements. - Ensure the successful implementation and deployment of applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application development. - Assist in the development of technical documentation. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React Native. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
