Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance testing strategy is implemented effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and execute performance testing strategies. - Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance testing. - Create and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios. - Analyze test results and provide performance reports. - Conduct performance testing on various applications and systems. - Identify and resolve performance issues in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. - Experience with load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing. - Knowledge of performance monitoring and profiling tools. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
