Summary: This role involves designing, developing, and implementing conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex to enhance our customer service and interaction channels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Amazon Lex conversational bots. - Integrate Lex bots with websites, mobile apps, and back-end systems. - Conduct testing and deploy bots in production environments. - Continuously optimize conversational flows based on user feedback. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience with Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and other AWS services. - Proficiency in Python/ JavaScript/ Node.js. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. -AWS certification (preferred). - 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Additional Information - 5 years of full time education
