Roles & Responsibilities: - Knowledge on CCaas platform and Genesys testing experience is must Interface and collaborate with the development team, and the project stakeholders. - Build a strong working relationship with the client, ensure the team gets the data and resources necessary for successful completion of SIT. - Plan, Estimate and forecast the SIT execution timelines, dependencies and the resource requirement, plan and acquire staff accordingly. - Regularly communicate with project supervisors, report status against project targets. - Organize the testing team based on their skillset and interests, motivate them to take up new tasks with confidence. Schedule tasks to team members across Op Cos so the workload is balanced and there is limited or no dependency on any individual. - Ensure the delivery goes per the plan, empowering team to execute with minimal support. - Ensure process thoroughness, identify defects and blockers early on which in turn improves the quality of the deliverables (MVP as well as the final product). - Build a trusting environment where the team members feel encouraged to share any issues or concerns, remove bottlenecks and thereby improve work efficiency and productivity. - Celebrate each milestone and achievements both at individual and team level. - Recognize opportunities for automation to improvise the testing process and its efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Additional Information: - A 15 years full-time education is required.
