Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and developing the application components, and testing and debugging the application to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements. - Develop application components according to the specified requirements. - Test and debug the application to ensure its functionality and performance. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Python (Programming Language), Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with web application development frameworks such as Spring MVC. - Hands-on experience with database technologies such as Oracle or MySQL. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
