Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on handling JIRA Backlog for the client and should possess Scrum Master knowledge for better functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Agile and Scrum Methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle the backlog of JIRA or any JIRA tools (Kanban) - Ensure timely delivery of reports by managing client timelines, resources, and work procedures. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, ensuring high availability and performance. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Agile and Scrum technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum Master. - Good To Have Skills: Handling of JIRA backlog - Strong understanding of software/application/cloud tech support. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
