Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and addressing any issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, developing application features, and conducting testing and debugging activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance and functionality, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements. - Design and develop application features based on business process and application requirements. - Conduct testing and debugging activities to ensure application functionality and performance. - Identify and address any issues or bugs in the application. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance and functionality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using Appian Process Automation. - Knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices. - Hands-on experience with Appian components such as process models, records, reports, and interfaces. - Experience in integrating Appian with external systems using web services or APIs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Appian Process Automation. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
