Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing application solutions, and configuring the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR system to meet the organization's needs. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application-related issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop application solutions to meet business process and application requirements. - Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR system to align with the organization's needs. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for application-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Assist in the testing and quality assurance of application solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and functionalities. - Experience in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to meet business requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
