Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and customized according to the needs of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. - Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions based on business needs. - Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Experience in customizing and configuring CRM entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. - Strong understanding of CRM development best practices and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with CRM integration using web services and APIs. - Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM data migration and integration tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based in Noida. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
