Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and effective solutions using Salesforce Development. Join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop Salesforce applications based on business needs. - Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications. - Assist in the deployment and migration of Salesforce applications. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in Apex programming and Visualforce development. - Knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Aura Framework. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs. - Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing settings. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
