Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and standards. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Develop and test software applications using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and other relevant technologies. - Ensure that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and standards. - Debug and resolve any issues or bugs in the code to ensure its functionality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and platforms. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application development process. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and other relevant technologies. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
