Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and coding applications, and testing and debugging the code. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as providing technical support to the end-users. Your expertise in Java Enterprise Edition and your strong problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Code and test applications using Java Enterprise Edition. - Debug and resolve issues in the code. - Troubleshoot and provide technical support to end-users. - Ensure that the applications are delivered on time and meet the specified requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with relational databases and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as Angular or React. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based in Nagpur. - A 15 full years of education and necessarily degree in engineering is required.
