Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. A typical day in this role involves analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application features, and troubleshooting and resolving application issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and implement application features - Analyze business requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Key Responsbilities Possess deep knowledge of ComplianceQuest (CQ), including an understanding of this managed package within Salesforce. Lead end-to-end deployment of ComplianceQuest (CQ) within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with both organizational and regulatory standards. Should liaison effectively with Onshore Tech Delivery Lead. Configure and deploy key quality objects (Non-conformance, Deviation, PPAP, CAPA, etc.) in Salesforce. Review Requirements and RICEFW (Elaborated form of Requirements with in-depth details but NOT that detailed level from Functional/Technical details perspective) Write and maintain Functional and Technical Design documents, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical constraints. Implement solutions as per the technical designs and oversee deployment to production environments. Work with APIs (REST, SOAP) to configure endpoints and manage integration with other systems. Expert in writing code: APEX, LWC, Visualforce, with extensive experience in Code Optimization and Code Coverage issues. Lead testing efforts (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing - SIT, User Acceptance Testing - UAT), triaging defects and ensuring timely resolution. Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Middleware, SAP) for smooth integration and deployment. Remain adaptable to evolving project demands, addressing client requests or other project delivery requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Lightning Web Components - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices - Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs - Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Development - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
