Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, and configuring applications to meet the specific needs of the business. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the applications through thorough testing and debugging. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and build applications based on business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to meet specific business needs. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of applications. - Thoroughly test and debug applications to ensure quality and integrity. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Document application designs, configurations, and processes for future reference. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions accordingly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications. - Knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various components. - Hands-on experience in developing and customizing Salesforce applications. - Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Lightning Web Components. - Familiarity with Apex programming language. - Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) module. - Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud. - Recommendation: Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS for front-end development. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
