Summary: To manage and optimize security configurations within the Workday. This role is essential to ensuring data protection, compliance, and system integrity within Workday. The consultant will bring in-depth knowledge of Workdays security framework, and experience in configuring and troubleshooting security roles to meet business and compliance requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Design, configure, and maintain security roles and policies within Workday, ensuring data privacy and compliance with industry standards. 2. Assess and implement Workday security best practices, focusing on security groups, domain and business process policies, and role-based access. 3. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather security requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations. 4. Perform periodic security audits, identifying gaps and making recommendations to strengthen Workday security. 5. Support user access management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic reviews. 6. Stay up to date with Workday security enhancements and industry best practices, implementing updates as needed. 7. Document security configurations and policies to support compliance and ensure accurate knowledge transfer. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security solutions in Workday HCM. - Knowledge of Workday security roles, permissions, and access controls. - Familiarity with Workday integration tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday report writing and analytics. - Experience with Workday business process configuration. - Knowledge of Workday data migration and conversion processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
