Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications for Cloud Contact Center Implementation, ensuring adherence to software development best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Cloud Contact Center Implementation, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
