Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications that support the organization's operations and enhance its efficiency and productivity. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application solutions, and implementing and testing software applications. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, develop, and test software applications based on user requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents for application development. - Configure and customize applications to meet business process requirements. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Document application functionalities, processes, and procedures. - Train end-users on the usage of applications and provide user support. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application performance and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security. - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration concepts and best practices. - Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. - Knowledge of SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with SAP security concepts and authorization management. - Experience in SAP system upgrades and patching. - Understanding of SAP transport management and system landscape design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
