Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform to develop efficient and effective solutions for our organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our applications and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, and customize applications using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Omnistudio Platform features and best practices. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in designing and implementing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. - Knowledge of Apex programming language and Visualforce pages. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years regular education is required.
