Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Agile Project Management methodologies and ensuring project program and portfolio governance is adhered to. Roles & Responsibilities: Delivery Management: Clear Ownership of E2E Delivery at all Levels and Nodes Consistent alignment of teams across locations & entities Integrated delivery management aligned across onshore, offshore and nearshore teams Responsible for E2E Integrated delivery management approach, adoption of common, global delivery fundaments Regular delivery, governance calls, driven by metrics -based delivery and quality status Communication and Reporting: Serving as the primary point of contact for communication within the team and with stakeholders. Providing regular project updates and status reports. Facilitating meetings, including kickoff, status, and retrospective meetings. Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains. Implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects. Encouraging innovation and creativity within the team. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Managing client expectations and addressing client concerns. Ensuring overall client satisfaction with project deliverables. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implementing quality assurance processes and conducting regular reviews. Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential risks and issues related to project delivery. Developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
