Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful mobilization and run of the Project Management Office (PMO). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and developing innovative solutions to meet project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop innovative solutions. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure successful mobilization and run of the Project Management Office (PMO). - Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Continuously improve application development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run, Personal Insurance. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in application design, development, and deployment. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
