Summary: As a Scrum Master for the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) project, you will be responsible for leading the agile development team and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Your typical day will involve facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the agile development team, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success, including product owners, business analysts, and developers. - Remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress, ensuring that the team is able to deliver high-quality software on time. - Coach the team on agile best practices, including continuous improvement, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration. - Ensure that the team is following agile principles and values, including the Agile Manifesto and Scrum framework. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Good To Have Skills: Experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Strong understanding of agile principles and values, including the Agile Manifesto and Scrum framework. - Experience in leading agile development teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and removing impediments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in coaching teams on agile best practices, including continuous improvement, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
