Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Oracle Applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet the desired functionality and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, develop, and test Oracle Applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create technical design documents and perform code reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Ensure the applications meet performance and security standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS Financials. - Strong understanding of Oracle Applications architecture and development frameworks. - Experience in designing and developing Oracle Forms and Reports. - Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL for database development. - Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Workflow. - Experience in data migration and integration using Oracle Application Interface Framework (AIF). - Ability to troubleshoot and debug Oracle Applications. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials modules and their integration with other modules. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
