Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications using Spring Boot. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring the applications are delivered on time and within budget. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Spring Boot. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring they align with the project goals. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain high-quality code for applications. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of Java programming language. - Experience with RESTful API development. - Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
